A micro memoir:

I was born in Richmond, VA at the close of the ’80s in March 1989. As a little kid, I liked to play with puppets and thought that would be a lucrative career choice, à la Fred Rogers. I went to a high school for the performing arts and spent four years performing on stage. After high school, I attended Virginia Commonwealth University as a theatre major, but ultimately graduated with a bachelor's degree in mass communications with a focus in creative advertising. Since then I've had the opportunity to work with a variety of organizations and industries taking me from Virginia to Atlanta and back again. My work has resulted in speaking engagements at Johns Hopkins University, Microsoft and SXSW.

Hobbies:

I enjoy art, film, museums, camping, getting lost for hours reading articles online, crafting, designing and a watching good movie.
